Crime report on 03-11-21

1. A case U/S 39(1)(A) HP Ex. Act PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the rukka of ASI Madan Lalstating therein that on 02-11-2021, when he was on Traffic checking and petrolling duty with staff near Kasaru then they recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation is going on.
2. A Case on dated 02/11/21 U/S 363 IPC has been registered at Women PS Bilaspur on the complaint of a lady R/o Bilaspur, alleging therein that on 01/11/21 her minor daughter aged 13 years went away from home without informing anyone, she searched her everywhere but could not trace her. She has doubts that some unknown person lured her daughter and kidnapped her. Missing girl has been traced out by police and handed over to her parents. The case is under investigation.
3. A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of one lady R/O Vill. Mandi Manwan, PO Raghunathpura, Tehsil Sadar, district Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that when she was present near in his house then one person obstruct his way, abused, beaten up and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

4. A Case on dated 02-11-21 u/s 20 ND & PS has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the rukka of ASI Narender kumar I/o PS Ghumarwin, stating therein that on 02-11-21 at about 06:15 PM, he was on patrolling along with the staff, and when he  reached  at Kasohal  brige  in the meantime he saw a  person  coming  from  the Ghumarwin side, after seeing of police  party he got scared and throw  something from his cary beg  and tried to run, on this police party caught him during inquiry he disclosed R/o Vill-Kasohal, PO-Morsinghi, Tehsil Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, HP, after searching the thrown item he recovered 80 gram Charas/Cannabis. Accused has been released on notice U/ S 41(1) Cr.PC.Case is under investigation.

Crime Report on 02-11-21

1. A Case on dated 01-11-21 u/s 21,29 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of HC Sushil Kumar No.76 I/o PP city, stating therein that on 01-11-21 at about 06:40 PM he alongwith police party was on patrolling and when reached Raja Gopal Chand Palace gate in the meantime he saw two persons were standing near  the gate, after seeing the police party they startedsteal their eyes and one of them throw something  on the road, during inquiry  they disclosed their names as, R/o VPO-Raghunathpura, Tehsil- Sadar, District Bilaspur (HP) and   R/o H.No.53,ward no. 8 Diyara Sector Tehsil-Sadar District Bilaspur(HP). After searching the thrown item he recovered 1.23 gram Chitta/heroin. During inquiry  one disclosed  that the above heroin was purchased  from one R/ o H. No. 53,ward -8  Diyara Sector Bilaspur, on this information  pllice party  raided in the house of above  and during  search  he recovered 15.40 gram heroin/ chitta from his possession. Total 16.63 gram chitta/ heroin  has been recovered in the case. Above three accused  have been arrested in the case, and case is under investigation.

2. A case U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the report of one lady R/O Vill-Sakred,PO-  Namhol, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Bilaspur (HP). It is alleged that in the evening his son was present in the house and had gone outside to urinatethen some persons obstruct and beaten up him.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.

A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of one person R/O Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) stated therein that when AN UNIDENTIFIED CAR  HAS CAUSED  AN ACCIDENT IN FRONT OF BACHAT BHAWAN GMR.THE OWNER OF THE CAR WAS  DRIVING  AN ALTO .THE ACCIDENT HAPPEN AT ABOUT 12-35 PM ONWORDS . SERIOUS INJURIES HAVE BEEN INDUCED TO THE EMPLOYEE OF HOSPITAL . BOTH LEFT HAND AND LEFT LEG HAVE GOT SERIOUS BONE INJURIES. Case is under investigation.

1.A Case on dated 31-10-21 U/S 20 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Bharari on the rukka of  SI/SHO  Sanjeev Kumar PS Bharari, stating therein that on 31-10-21 at about 08:40 PM, he was on patrolling duty along with the staff and when he  reached  at Dadhol brige  in the meantime he saw a  person was coming  from  the forest side, after seeing of police  party he got scared and throw  something from his pocket and tried to run, on this police party caught him during inquiry he disclosed R/o Vill-Nagrav, PO Badaghat, Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur HP. After searching the thrown item he recovered 24 gram Charas/Cannabis. Accused has been released on notice U/ S 41(1) Cr.PC.Case is under investigation.

2.A Case on dated 31-10-21 u/s 21 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of SI Ashok Kumar I/c PP city, stating therein that on 31-10-21 at about 12:15 PM he was on patrolling along with police party and when he reached Ramlila ground Diyara. sector in the meantime he saw a person who was seated on the Ramlila stage, after seeing the police party he  steal his eyes and hide something  under his hip.During inquiry he disclosed R/o Vill-Behal Kandela , Tehsil- Sadar, District Bilaspur. After search he recovered 0.12 gram Chitta/heroin from the possession of above person. Accused has been arrest.Case is under investigation.

3. A case U/S 39(1) A HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the rukka of ASI Nernder kumar. Stated there in that when, he was on patrolling along with staff near Baloh Bhura Dhaba shop, durning checking he Recovered 24 bottles of country liquor, 10 bottles of English wine, 06 bottles of beer one person.

Crime Report on 30-10-21

1. A Case U/S 21-61-85 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of I/O PS Sadar Distt. Bilaspur, Stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff near Nauni chock,than he saw a person walking on foot towards Brahmpukhar side after seeing the police party he scared and throuh something from his pocket and tried to run towards Brhmpukhar side, on this police party caught him. During inquiry he disclosed R/o VPO- Kharsi, Tehsil- Sadar, District Bilaspur (HP). After searching the thrown item he recovered 17.68 gram Chitta/heroin. Accused has been arrested in the case. Case is under investigation.

2.A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of one person R/O Vill- Padyalag ,PO- Dadhol, Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) stated therein that when he was present at home then he heared the sound and found that a car rolled down from the road, due to which car driver got injuries. Case is under investigation.

1.A case U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the complaint of one person R/O Vill-Rally, PO –Samoh,Tehsil -Jhandutta , District. Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated .

2.A Case U/S 20 ND&PS Act PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the rukka of ASI Narender Kumar I/O PS Ghumarwin that at about 7:35PM, during patrolling along with staff at Kothi Tovka (Kuthehra),they saw a person coming from Kuthehra side, after seeing the police party he scared and throuh something from his pocket and tried to run, on this police party caught him and on enquiry he disclosed his address R/o Vill- Kothi Tovka, PO Kothi, Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur HP. After searching the thrown item he recovered 50 gram Charas/Cannabis. Case is under investigation.

3.A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Kot kehloor on the rukka of I/O PS Kot Kehloor Stated there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff near Badoh Chock, he found that a person he was selling egg etc at the reyhdi on the road in such a way that obstructs the general public as well as traffic.

4. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Kot kehloor on the rukka of I/O PS Kot Kehloor Stated there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff near Bhakhda, he found that a person put some mat and bedsheets on the road in such a way that obstructs the general public as well as traffic.

1. A case U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of one person R/O Milk Plant lower Nihal ward No. 1 tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur HP Alleged there in that when it started going its duty from home one person obstructed his way and beatan up, abused and threatended him with dire consequenses.  Case is being investigated on priorty basis.

A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered PS Swarghat has been registered on the statement of one person R/O Vill-Bhuvai ,PO-Svahan Tehsil- Shri Naina Devi Ji,Distt.Bilaspur (H.P) Stated there in that on 20-10-21, When his brother reached the Royal Public School while driving the motorcycle, a motorcycle came from the front from the side of the scissor turn, which drove the motorcycle at high speed and hit his brother’s motorcycle above. and he got injuries.case is under investigation.

3. A case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of one lady R/O VPO-Bhulsvai ,Tehsil-Ghumarwin, Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when she was present at home then some persons obstruct her way, abused, beaten up and threatened her th dire consequences.  Investigation is going on.

4.A case U/S 420, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of one lady R/o  Vill-Gagor PO- Soldha Tehsil- Sadar District Bilaspur(HP) Her husband’s car was sold without his permission by other family members by making forged papers.case is under investigation.

5. A case U/S 323,325,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of one person District Bilaspur (HP).  Alleged there in that when he was on the way then some persons beaten up him and he got grievous injuries.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.
6. Case U/S451, 341, 323, 506, 34IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the complaint of one person R/O VPO Behna jaatan, Tehsil Jhandutta,Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stated there in that when he was working in the courtyard of his house then some person obstruct his way, beaten up, abused and threatened her with dire consequences.case is under investigation.

Crime Report on 27-10-2021

 A case u/s 20 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of ASI Raj Kumar I/o PS Sadar stating therein that on 26-10-21 at about 06:22 PM when he was on patrolling duty along with the staff and reached Padhgal near Nouni Chowk, in the he saw a person walking on the road, after seeing the police party he returned back and tried to run away and threw  something out  from his pocket . On this police party caught him, A person R/o Village Pandoh & PO Brampukher  Tehsil Sadar  District Bilaspur H.P. After searching the thrown item he recovered 226.07 gram cannabis/charas. Accused has been arrested. Case is under investigation.

2. A case u/s 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the report of one person R/O VPO Behan Jattan Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that when his wife was in her farm then some persons obstruct her way,   beaten up and threatened her with dire consequences.  Case is being investigation.

Stated there in that when he was in his courtyard  then some persons obstruct his way,  beaten up and threatened his with dire consequences.  Case is being investigation.

Crime report on 26-10-21

1. A Case  U/S 323,325,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Vidhi Singh district Bilaspur (HP). Who alleged that some people assaulted him when he was on his way. The matter is being investigated on priority basis.

2. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Barmana has been registered on the rukka of HHC Baldev Raj.  Stated  there in that on 25-10-21  he along with staff was on patrolling near Slapad brige, He found that a person was selling Fast Food in Rehadi on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

3. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Barmana has been registered on the rukka of HC Bashu  Verma.  Stated  there in that on 25-10-21  he along with staff was on patrolling near Slapad brige, He found that a person was selling Fruit vegetable and snacks packets on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

4 .A Case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta  on the complaint of Sh.Vijay Kumar Distt.Bilaspur (HP).  Stated there in that when he was at home(Farm)  then some persons  obstruct his way, abused and beaten up him and threatened him with dire consequences. Investigation is going on.

5. A Case U/S   498A, IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin,on the complaint of a lady alleging their in that she was married VPO Kothi Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur(HP) in 2021  but after some time of her marriage her husband, grand mother in law,father in law started to harass her and also demanded  dowry . Case is under investigation.

Crime Report on 25-10-2021

A Case  u/s 20 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of HC Sanjeev Kumar No 81  I/o PS Swarghat .when he was on patrolling duty along with the staff Near Panjpiri, in the meantime one person came from Swarghat side, after seeing the police party he returned back and try to run, during this he thrown something from his carry bag . On this police party caught one person and after searching the thrown item he recovered 46.61 gram cannabis/charas.Case is under investigation.
