Bilaspur police has registered the following cases: – on 15-09-2019

PS Jhandutta

(1).A Case U/S 363,366 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the complaint of one lady R/O Jhandutta, District-Bilaspur (HP) alleging therein that on 13-09-19 her daughter age 19 years went to somewhere from home but she did not come back to home so far. She doubts that one person from R/O Jhandutta, District-Bilaspur (HP)  abducted her daughter. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Kot-Kehloor

(1). A Case U/S 22-61-85 ND &PS Act has been registered in PS Kot-Kehloor on the rukka of ASI Sushil Kumar I/C  SIU Branch District Bilaspur (HP)  stating therein that when he was on patrolling/checking duty along with staff near Toba then a Scooty came from Toba side.During the checking of this Scooty he recovered 325 Drug Tablets from the possession of one person namely Rakesh Kumar R/O Vill-Nand Behal, PO-Kaulan Wala Toba, Tehsil-Sh.Naina Devi Ji, District-Bilaspur (HP). Accused has been arrested. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar

(1). A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Sadar has been registered on the rukka of Const. Ambika Kumar No.518 stated therein that on 14-09-19 when he was on patrolling near Bus Stand Bilaspur along with staff then he found that a person was selling fruits on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

(2). A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Sadar has been registered on the rukka of Const. Munish Kumar No.200 stated therein that on 14-09-19 when he was on patrolling near Bus Stand Bilaspur along with staff then he found that a person was selling fruits/Vegetables on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

(3). A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Sadar has been registered on the rukka of HC Bhag Singh No.66 stated therein that on 14-09-19 when he was on patrolling near Bus Stand Bilaspur along with staff then he found that a person was selling fruits on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

(4).A Case U/S 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Sheela Devi W/O Ranjeet SinghR/O Bandla, District-Bilaspur (HP) alleging therein that on 13-09-19 when she was on the way then some persons abused her  and threatened her with dire consequences.The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Talai

(1).A case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai  on the complaint of Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh.Khushi Ram  R/O Kalol Tehsil Jhandutta, District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that, when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

A case U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Talai  on the complaint of Ajay Kumar S/O Sh.Gyan Chand  R/O Bhatolikalan, Tehsil Jhandutta, District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that, when he was on the way then one person obstruct his way, abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
