Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 17-08-2019:-

PS SADAR

(1).A Case U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of one person . Alleging there in that on 14-08-19 his daughter age 15 years went to Girl School Bilaspur from home but she did not come back to home so far.He doubts that one person abducted his daughter. Case is being investigated on priority basis.  

(2). A Case U/S 363,376(3) IPC & Section 6 of Pocso Act has been registered in PS  Sadar on the complaint of one person. Alleging there in that on 14-08-19 when his daughter age 14 years coming to the home then one person kidnap her and forcibly   raped her without her consent. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS TALAI

(1). A case U/S 341,323,504,506  IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the complaint of Ashok Kumar S/O Lekh Ram R/O Vill-Malari,Tehsil Jhandutta, District Bilapsur (HP).  Stated there in that when he was on the way then one person obstruct his way, abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated on priority basis.
