Crime report on 26-07-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 26-07-2019:-

PS Bharari:-

  1. 1. A case U/S 341, 323, 506, 34, 3(1)(X) SC & ST Act 1989 has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement  of Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Tulshi Ram R/O Vill-Bani Bhapraliyan,PO-Bhapral, Tehsil- Ghumarwin, District- Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that on 25-07-2019 when he was doing the construction work of Vill-Vani Bhapraliyan road then some persons obstruct the construction work of the road and started to beaten up, threatened him with dire consequences and also called him by his caste. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

 

  1. A case U/S 147,148,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of Rattan Singh S/O Shri Ram Dittu R/O Vill-Bani Bhapraliyan,PO-Bhapral, Tehsil- Ghumarwin, District- Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that, when he was present in his land then some persons abused and beaten up him. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 419,420,34,120-B IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the report of Rakesh Kumar S/O Shri Krishan Singh R/O Chhadol Rajadian Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that he purchased a flat from Managing Director, Primary Estates & Developers Pvt. Ltd. SCO 43 SAS Nagar Mohali. As per the agreement, they neither handed over the flat nor returned the money of applicant. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
