Bilaspur Police has registered the following cases on 02-07-2019:-
PS SADAR
1 A case U/S 498,306 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Inder Singh S/O Rodu Ram R/O Vill. Baddu PO Chadol Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that his daughter Neelam who was married to Sh. Dinesh Kumar R/O Village Patta PO Kallar further he alleged that due to the harassment of her husnabd and mother in law his daughter Neelam committed the suicide on 01-07-2019. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2 A case U/S 365, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Smt. Kiran Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Thakur R/O VPO Bihariganj Distt. Madhepura Bihar temprarorally residing as tenant at Kandrour alleging there in that on 27/052019 when she was present at kandrour chowk then Sidarth Thakur @ Sonu kidnapped her. Case is being investigated on the priority basis.
3 A case U/S 341, 323, 504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of Kaptaan Singh S/O Sh. Karnail Singh R/O VPO Lahad Tehsil Nadaun District Hamirpur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way at Chakli then Anil Kumar S/o Mohinder Singh R/O Bharari PO raghunathpura with one other person abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS BARMANA
1 A Case U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Constable Balwant Singh who is posted at Highway traffic, stating there in that on dated 01-07-2019 when he was performing traffic checking duty near NTPC Office Barmana then a motorcycle comes from Ghagus side and hits him on the foot. Investigation is going on.
PS TALAI
2 A case U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the complaint of Smt. Hukmi Devi W/O Sh. Sarwan singh VPO Gangloh Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when she was on the way then some persons of her village obstruct her way, abused and threatened him. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Kumar.
