Crime report on 18-06-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 18-06-2019:-

PS Jhandutta:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the rukka of Const. Jiwan Kumar stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Gehrwin then he found that a person put some stones on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

 

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the complaint of one lady R/O Dolag PO Kalol Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP) alleging therein that, when she was present at home then one lady abused and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of one lady R/O Bandla Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that, when she was present at home then some persons abused, beaten up and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 39(1)(a) HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of ASI Baldev Singh stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff near Bandla and on receipt of secret information he recovered 51.660 liters of country Liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.

PS Swarghat:-

  1. A Case U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the statement of Hitender S/O Shri Atma Ram R/O Sain lila Sec. 21 Khargar Raighar (Maharastra) stating there in that when he was on the way and reached near Kainchomod then a truck driver hit his car and he got injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Pal.

 

PS Bharari:-

  1. A Case U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari U/S 154 crpc. on the statement of Uttam Chand S/O Shri Charan Dass R/O Balhin PO Bharedi Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur (HP) stating there in that when he was on the way and reached near Barota then a motor cycle rider hit his car and he got injuries. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
