Crime report on 22-06-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 22-06-2019:-

PS Sadar:-

  1. A Case U/S 21, 29 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of ASI Chaman Lal. Stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with Staff at Malaghat then a car No.HP31-9759 came there from Bilaspur side.During the checking of this car he recovered 30 gram Chitta/ Heroin from the possession of two persons namely (1) Kushal Chand S/O Chabbi Ram R/O Vill-Shandra,PO-Jhungi,Tehsil-Sunder Nagar, District-Mandi (HP) (2) Brhamjot Singh S/O Rajender Pal Singh R/O H.No.217/9 Bhojpur Tehsil- Sunder Nagar, District-Mandi (HP). Both the accused has been arrested. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 436 IPC & SEC 4 PDP Act has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Sonu Devi W/O Kuldeep R/O Vill.-Benla Brahmana, PO-Chandpur, Tehsil Sadar, District-Bilaspur (HP) at present Patwari at Kashol stating there in that on 21-06-19 Gram Panchyat Pardhan Morsinghi telephonically informed her that any unknown person broken the lock of office Patwar cricle Kashol and burnt the revenue record of Patwar cricle Kashol. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of Kulbir Singh Rana S/O Sh. Mehar Chand Rana R/O Vill. Sangari PO Samtana Tehsil Dhatwal District Hamirpur (HP) alleging there in that one person cheating with him in connection with purchase of land at Ghumarwin. Case is being investigated by SI Surender Kumar.
  3. A case U/S 447,434,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of one lady R/O Badu Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that Revenue Officer has marked the boundary of her land and one person removed the boundary of her land. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

 Women Police Station:-

  1. A case U/S 509 IPC has been registered at Women Police Station on the Complaint of one lady R/O VPO Bharoli Kalan Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur HP stating therein that one person use vulgar language, molest her modesty and insulted her. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the report of Rajendra Singh S/O Sh. Jagatpal R/O Vill. & PO Dhanipakhar Tehsil Jhandutta district Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way at Dhani then some persons obstruct his way, abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

 

  1. A case U/S 39(1)(A) HP Ex. Act has been registered on the rukka of ASI Prithwi Chand stating therein that when he was on Traffic checking and petrolling duty with staff at Bhagatpur then they recovered 72 Bottles Country Liquor from the possession of Pardeep Kumar R/O Bhagatpur Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP).  Investigation is going on.

PS Swarghat:-

  1. A case U/S 11(D) Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of SI/Incharge Balbir Singh stating there in that when he was on patrolling near Swarghat Bazar then a Pick up No. HP65-5664 was fully loaded with domestic animal in cruelty condition. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 11(D) Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of HC Rajender Kumar No. 70 stating there in that when he was on patrolling near Panjpiri then a Pick up No. HP69-1649 was fully loaded with domestic animal in cruelty condition. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
