Crime report on 27-05-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 27-05-2019:-

PS Jhandutta:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered on the rukka of HC Hardeep Singh stating there in that when he was on patrolling at Jhandutta Bazzar along with staff then he found that a person was selling some eatable items on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

 

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Chhotu Ram S/O Shri Nikka Ram R/O Balh Karaita PO Jamli, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was on the way alongwith his tractor and reached near Jamli then he parked his tractor near the road then another tractor driver hit his tractor and he got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Rup Lal S/O Sh. Jhaian Ram R/O Sihda PO Binoula,Tehsil-Sadar,District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that, when he was on the way then one person obstruct his way, abused and  threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  3. A case U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Gopala Ram R/O Baghi PO Binoula,Tehsil-Sadar, District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that, when he was on the way then one person obstruct his way, abused and  threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Amarnath Soni S/O Sh. Jit Ram R/O Kuthera,Tehsil-Ghumarwin,District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that, when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
