Crime report on 25-05-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 25-05-2019:-

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of HC Prakash Chand stating there in that on 24-05-19 when he was on patrolling near Jhabola then he found that a person was selling some eatable items on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

PS Swarghat:-

  1. A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the statement of Hira Lal S/O Shri Gulaba Ram  R/O Dawn PO Dhundhan , Tehsil-Arki, District-Solan (HP) stating there in that on 24-05-19 when he was on the way and reached near Kainchimod then a car driver hit his truck and car driver got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Kehar Singh S/O Shri Kartar Singh  R/O Patta Ranautan PO Bhatwara , Tehsil-Ghumarwin District-Bilaspur (HP), who is bus conductor U/S 154 crpc.  stating there in that on 23-05-19 when he was on the way and reached near Bharedi then  his bus driver stop the bus left side the road and got down from bus then a truck came there and hit the bus driver. Due to this accident bus driver got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Nayan Singh S/O Shri Ram Ditta  R/O Jamthal, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that on 24-05-19 when he was present near Beri along with his wife then a motor cycle rider hit his wife and his wife got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 279,304(A) IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Ashish Kumar S/O Shri Jagat Ram R/O Balghad PO Jukhala , Tehsil-Sadar District-Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that on 23-05-19 when he was present at home then one person informed him telephonically his elder brother got accident near Kothipura and he went to Kothipura he found that any unknown vehicle hit the tempo of his brother and his brother died on the spot. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 279,304(A) IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Kashmir Singh S/O Shri Nand Lal R/O Nog PO Binoula, Tehsil-Sadar District-Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that on 24-05-19 when he was on the way and reached near Sungal then a truck came in negligent manner and hit motor cycle rider. Due to this accident motor cycle rider died on the spot. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
