Crime report on 01-05-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 01-05-2019:-

PS Jhandutta

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Jhandutta has been registered on the rukka of L/HHC Anita Kumari. Stated there in that on 30-04-19 when she was on patrolling at Jablu chowk along with staff.Then she found that a tractor was parked on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

 

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Jhandutta has been registered on the rukka of L/HHC Reeta Devi. Stated there in that on 30-04-19 when she was on patrolling at Bakroa chowk along with staff.Then she found that a person was selling Eggs, tea in a Rehadi on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

 

PS Ghumarwin

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the rukka of SI Om Parkash. Stated there in that on 30-04-19 when he was on patrolling at Naswal, he found that a person put on scrap on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  2. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the rukka of SI Om Parkash. Stated there in that on 30-04-19 when he was on patrolling near Dun, he found that a person put on sand in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  3. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the rukka of of ASI Surender Kumar. Stated there in that on 30-04-19 when he was on patrolling near Nagroa, he found that a person put on sand in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  4. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the rukka of LC Sarla Devi. Stated there in that on 30-04-19 when she was on patrolling at Badu, she found that a person put on scrap on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  5. A case U/S 279,337 IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the statement of Surender Kumar S/O Raj Kumar R/O Beli, Teshil-Sadar, District-Bilaspur (HP). Alleging there in that on 30-04-19 when he was going to his home with his family in his car and reached near Kularu. Then one motorcycle came from front side in rash and negligent manner and hit his car. Due to this his father got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Talai

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Talai has been registered on the rukka of HC Bhupender Singh. Stated there in that on 30-04-19 when he was on patrolling at Marura near Shiv Temple along with staff.Then he found that a person was selling colddrinks in a Rehadi on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  2. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Talai has been registered on the rukka of HC Bhupender Singh. Stated there in that on 30-04-19 when he was on patrolling at Marura near Petrol pump along with staff.Then he found that a person was selling colddrinks in a Rehadi on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

3.A case U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the report of Suresh Kumar S/O Ram Dass R/O VPO-Kalol,Tehsil-Jhandutta,District Bilaspur (HP).Stating therein that, when he was on the way then one person obstruct his way, abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Kot-Kehloor

  1. A case U/S 39(1)(a) HP Ex Act in PS Kot-Kehloor has been registered on the rukka of In charge Flying Squad No.1. Assembly Constituency Sh.Naina Devi Ji, Stated there in that on 30-04-19 when he was on patrolling along with staff at Badoh and on receipt of secret information he recovered 09 bottles of country Liquor from the possession of Vijay Ram R/O Badoh. Investigation of the case is going on.

PS Bharari

1.A case U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of Rajni Devi W/O Lt. Sh. Prem Lal, R/O Lehri-Sarail,Tehsil-Ghumarwin,District Bilaspur (HP).Stating therein that, when she was on the way then some persons obstruct her way, abused, beaten up her. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
