Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 26-04-2019:-

PS Sadar:-

1. A case U/S 21, 29 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of HC Anil Kumar SIU District-Bilaspur, stating there in that when he was on patrolling duty along with staff near HRTC work shop Bilaspur then he checked a SWIFT car no. HP31C-3402.During the checking of this car he recovered 14.22 gram Chitta/ Heroin from the possession of four persons namely (1) Rajeev Kumar S/O Hem Raj R/O Vill-Ghodi,PO-Smaila,Tehsil-Sarkaghat,District-Mandi(HP) (2) Ashih Kumar S/O Kashmir Singh R/O Vill-Ghodi, PO-Smaila,Tehsil-Sarkaghat,District-Mandi(HP) (3) Ankush Choudhary S/O Prittam Choudhary R/O Vill-Choughan Old Market,PO & Tehsil-Sunder Nagar District-Mandi (HP) (4) Kuldeep Kumar S/O Rikhi Ram R/O Vill-Panyala,PO-Kothi,Tehsil-Ghumarwin District-Bilaspur (HP). All four accused have been arrested.The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Bharari:-

1. A case U/S 341,323,352,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari U/S 154 crpc. on the statement of one lady R/O Kulwadi PO Nalti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when she was on the way along with her son then some persons beaten up and abused them. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

   PS Swarghat:-

   1. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the statement of Kulwant Singh S/O Shri Amrik Singh R/O Painthpur PO Mullapur Tehsil Kharar Distt. Mohali (Pb) stating there in that when he was on the way and reached near Pulachad and parked his car right side the road then truck driver hit his car and he got injuries. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
