Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS Swarghat:-

1. A case U/S 11(D) Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of HC Rajender Kumar.Alleged there in that when he was on patrolling/Naka near Swarghat along with staff then a vehicle (Pick-up) No. UP11BT-0905 came from Bilaspur side.During the checking of this vehicle he found that the vehicle was fully loaded with domestic animal in cruelty condition. Case is being investigated by HC Rajender Kumar.

PS Kot-Kehloor

1. A case U/S 39(1) A HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Kot-Kehloor on the rukka of ASI Ashwani Kumar. Stated there in that when, he was on patrolling along with staff at Jidian and on receipt of secret information recovered 20 liter illicit liquor from the possession of Kuldeep Singh R/O Jidian Tehsil-Sh.Naina Devi ji, District Bilaspur (HP). Case is being investigated by ASI Ashwani Kumar.

PS Barmana

1. A case U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the report of one lady R/O C/O Nathu Ram, VPO-Beri, Tehsil-Sadar, District Bilaspur (HP). Alleging there in that on 07-04-19 when she was present in her room then her husband beaten up her due to that she got grievous injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
