Crime report on 12-04-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 12-04-2019:-

 

PS Barmana:-

 

  1. A case U/S 20 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of HC Surender Kumar Security Branch Distt. Bilaspur, Stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff near Slapper Bridge and on receipt of secret information he recovered 542 gram Chars from the possession of Ram Swaroop S/O Late Sh. Prem Lal R/O VPO Deoli Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP). Accused has been arrested. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Surender Kumar S/O Shri Sita Ram R/O Bhated PO Barmana Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, on 11-04-2019 he found that some unknown culprits have stolen away his golden and silver ornaments from his Value of stolen property is about to Rs. 90000/- . Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Bharari:-

  1. A case U/S 324,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of Manohar Lal S/O Shri Jai Singh R/O Ghandalwin Tehsil Ghumarwin Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when he was present at home then one person beaten up, abused him and he got grievous injuries.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the rukka of ASI Jagdish Kumar stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Ghandalwin then he found that one person was selling some instruments on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

 

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the statement of one lady R/O Malot Tehsil Jhanduttta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when she was present at home then one lady abused and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 341,323,324,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Ram Kumar S/O Shri Sanjeev Kumar R/O Jamthal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when he was on the way then one person obstruct his way ,beaten up, abused , threatened him with dire consequences and he got grievous injuries.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Harsh Mehta S/O Shri Mahender Lal R/O House No. 183 Diara Sector Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was on the way and reached near Main Market Bilaspur then a Jeep driver hit his scooty and he got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

 

PS Jhandutta:-

  1. A case U/S 11(D) prevention of cruelty to animal act has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the rukka of SI Pritam Chand stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Sunhani Bridge then he found that one pick up jeep loaded with domestic animals in cruelty condition. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
