Crime report on 27-03-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 27-03-2019:-

 

PS Jhandutta:-

 

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the rukka of ASI Sanjay Kumar stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Galian then he found that one person put some waste items on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

PS Barmana:–

 

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of Const. Bal krishan stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Bhadetar then he found that one person put some stones and bricks on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  2. A case U/S 174 -A IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of HC Daulat Ram alleging there in that on 26-03-2019, he was present near Buili district Mandi (HP) along with staff, he caught a PO, named Roshan Ram S/O Shri Chiragu Ram R/O Bhawana PO Jharol Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi (HP). Case is being investigated by HC Daulat Ram.
  3. A case U/S 39(1) (A) HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of SI Yashpal stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Bhadetar and on receipt of secret information he recovered 12 bottles country liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.

PS Swarghat:-

  1. A case U/S 41,42, IF Act & 379 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of ASI Sehdev Dutt stating there in that on 27-03-2019, when he was on patrolling near Hill Top Hotel Swarghat then he recovered 15 wooden slippers from Pick-up Jeep No. HP31C-6970 without permit. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 11D prevention of cruelty to animal act has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of HC Rajinder Kumar stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Swarghat then he found that six domestic animals loaded in crulity condition in Pick –up Jeep. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Ghumarwin :-

  1. A case U/S 420 IPC & 66 D IT Act has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Chandel S/O Shri Sehdev Singh R/O Badgaon Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur(HP) alleging there in that one person gave a offer for sale the vehicle on face book to him and he deposited about Rs. 76150/- for purchase of vehicle but he could not received the vehicle till date. Case is being investigated by ASI Sita Ram.
