Crime report on 25-03-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 25-03-2019:-

 

PS Talai:-

 

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of HC Bhupinder Singh stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Maruda then he found that one person was selling some eatable items on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

 

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of HC Baldev Raj stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Bachhretu then he found that one person put bricks and sand on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

 

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of HC Jai Kishan stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Berthin then he found that one person parked his tempo on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

 

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of one lady R/O Badi Majherwan Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) alleging therein that, when she was on the way then some persons obstruct her way,  beaten up and threatened her with dire consequences.Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 67 IT Act & 509 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Amarnath Sharma S/O Shri Shiv Ram Sharma R/O Palela PO Majhwad Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur(HP)
  3. HP) alleging therein that some persons use vulgar language, insulted  and use bad comments on face book id of his family members . Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Barmana:-

 

  1. A case U/S 407 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Rakesh Kumar S/O Shri Narayan Dass R/O Tanbol Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that his truck driver loaded 12 ton coal from Kiratpur when he reached in ACC Barmana then ACC employees check the truck and found that only 2 ton coal in truck and truck driver sold the 10 ton coal. Case is being investigated on priority basis

PS Bharari:-

  1. A case U/S 39-3-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Bharari on the rukka of SI/SHO Ashok Kumar stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Kulwadi and on receipt of secret information recovered 18 & half bottles English Wine from the possession of one Lady. Investigation of the case is going on.
