Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:- on 21-03-2019

 

PS Kot-Kehloor

  1. A case U/S 18-61-85 NDPS Act PS Kot-Kehloor has been registered on the rukka of SI Amrik Singh. Stating there in that when he was on Naka duty along with staff at Jhira chowk .Then a motorcycle no. HP24D-2195 came from Beharda side.During the checking of this motorcycle he recovered 250 gram Opium, from the possession of one person R/O VPO-Majari, Tehsil-Sh.Naina Devi Ji, District-Bilaspur (HP). Accused has been arrested. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Ghumarwin

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the rukka of HC Sanjeev Kumar. Stated there in that on 20-03-19, when he was on patrolling near Panoh road, he found that a person put concrete in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  2. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the rukka of HC Sanjeev Kumar. Stated there in that on 20-03-19, when he was on patrolling near Panoh road, he found that a person put bundle of wooden in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

PS Swarghat

1.A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of HC Ram Pal. Stated there in that on 20-03-19, when he was on patrolling near Swarghat road along with staff , he found that a truck No. HP11-5517 was parked on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic. 

PS Bharari

  1. A case U/S 341,504,506, IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the report of Smt.Kamla Devi W/O Sh.Sohan Lal R/O VPO-Barota, Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when she was on the way then one person obstruct her way, abused and threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Jhandutta

  1. A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the report of Sumit Kumar S/O Guljar Singh R/O Gehrwin Tehsil Jhandutta district Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
