Crime report on 19-03-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 19-03-2019:-

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 341, 143, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of Security Head Ultra Cement Limited(Baga Cement Works) alleging therein that, some persons of Kharsi area have blocked movement of employees and threatened them with dire consequences.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 147,149,506 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of Inderpal S/O Shri Shiv Ram R/O Sai Bhramna PO Sai Kharsi Tehsil Sadar District Bilasur (HP) alleging therein that, when he and his friends were organized dharna peacefully on the gate of Ultra Cement Limited Baga then some employees of Ultra Cement Limited Baga threatened them with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Ghumarwin:-

 

  1. A case U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Virender Kumar S/O Shri Sarwan Kumar R/O IPH Colony Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) alleging therein that, when he was present at home along with his wife  then some persons beaten up them. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 323,506,355 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of one lady R/O Majhasu PO Bhager Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) who is employee in BDO Office Ghumawin, alleging therein that, when he was present at BDO office Ghumarwin then one person beaten up, insulted and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Jhandutta:-

  1. A case U/S 39-3-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the rukka of Inspr./SHO Sanjeev Kumar stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Bhagda then he recovered 8 bottles of country liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
