Crime report on 04-02-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 04-02-2019:-

PS Bharari:-

  1. A case U/S 22-61-1985 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Bharari on the rukka of HC Shyam Lal, stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Dehlwin road and on receipt of secret information he recovered 7 gram Smack (drugs) from the possession of one person namely Ashwani Kumar S/O Brij Lal R/O Vill-Glassi,PO-Dabla,Tehsil-Ghumarwin,District-Ghumarwin,(HP). The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Swarghat:–

  1. A case U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the statement of Shunka Ram S/O Shri Ram Dass R/O Dagrahan PO Jagatkhana Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji Distt. Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that, on 03-02-2019, he found that some unknown culprits have stolen away his golden and silver ornaments from his house. Value of stolen property is about to Rs. 82000/- .The case is being investigated by HC Pawan Kumar.
  2. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of HC Rajender Kumar stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Swarghat then he found that one person parked his truck on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  3. A case U/S 39-3-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of ASI Sehdev Dutt stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Tanbol and on receipt of secret information recovered 02 bottles country liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.

PS Jhandutta:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the rukka of HC Santosh Kumar stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Tikkeri then he found that one person put sand in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

PS Ghumarwin:–

  1. A case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of one lady R/O Gwalmuthani PO Nanawan Tehsil Ghumarwin Distict Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that, when she was on the way then some persons obstruct her way,beaten up, abused and threatened her with dire consequences .Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of Bishan Dass S/O Shri Atma Ram R/O Gwalmuthani PO Nanawan Tehsil Ghumarwin Distict Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that, when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way,beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequences .Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of one lady R/O Jamli Tehsil Sadar Distict Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that, when she was on the way then some persons obstruct her way,beaten up, abused and threatened her with dire consequences . Case is being investigated on priority basis.
