Crime report on 01-02-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 01-02-2019:-

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Shri Karan Kumar S/O Shri Krishan Kumar, R/O Roura Sector Bilaspur, Distict Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that, when he was on the way and reached near Boy School Bilaspur then some persons obstruct his way, beaten up and broken his mobile. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A Case U/S 279, 304-A IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Praveen Kumar S/O Shri Jit Ram R/O Karot PO Dobha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) U/S 154 Crpc. stating there in that when he was on the way and reached near Mangrot then a truck driver hit to one person and got injuries. During this accident, injured person declared dead by the doctor in RH Bilaspur. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  3. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of HC Subhash Chand stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Kunala then one person put sand in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

PS Bharari:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the rukka of HC Surender Kumar stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Bhapral then one person put some concrete on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  2. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the rukka of HHC Dharam Pal stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Bhadret then one person put some concrete and sand on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 325 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Shri Telu Ram S/O Shri Polo Ram R/O Pehalwana PO Rani Kotla Tehsil Sadar, Distict Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that, when he was present near his house then some persons beaten up him and he got grievous injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Ghumarwin:–

  1. A case U/S 341,447,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Shri Ramesh Kumar S/O Shri Amar Singh R/O Gurnadu PO Kapahra, Tehsil Ghumarwin Distict Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that, when he was present in his land then some persons obstruct his way, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of HC Bhupinder Singh stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Berthin then one person was selling some eatable items on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  2. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of ASI Jagdish Kumar stating therein that when he was on patrolling near Berthin then one person was selling some eatable items on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
