Crime report on 22-10-2019

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 22-02-2019:-

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 21, 29 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of HC Surender Kumar Security Branch District Bilaspur stating there in that when he was on patrolling/Naka along with staff at Degsech near NH road 205 then a Wagon car No. HP65T-1218 came from Namhol side. During the checking of this car he recovered 7.64 gram Chitta/ Heroin, from the possession of two person namely (1) Rahul Kumar S/O Sanjeev Kumar R/O Sandot,Tehsil-Sarkaghat,District-Mandi(HP).(2) Niraj Kumar S/O Virender Kumar R/O Vill-Nihari,PO-Kotveja,Tehsil-Kasauli,District-Soaln (HP). Both accused have been arrested. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

 PS Bharari:-

  1. A case U/S 341, 504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of Vinod Kumar S/O Shri Amar Nath R/O Ladrour Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Ghumarwin :-

  1. A case U/S 406,420,465,468,471,120B IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the complaint of Payare Lal S/O Shri Nikku Ram R/O Jangla PO Gehrwin Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP) and others alleging there in that accused persons received a sum of rupees about forty lacs from complainant and others for the employment of their wards and  issued false , forged and fraudulent letters of appointments . Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 429 IPC & 11 section of prevention of cruelty to animal act has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Pritam Kumar S/O Shri Baldev Raj R/O Kothi Tobka PO Kothi Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that when he come back at home then he found that some persons gave some poison substance to his pet dog and his dog has died. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar:-

 

  1. A case U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Sahil Ahmed S/O Shri Amir Ahmed R/O Upper Kherian PO Bamta Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

A case U/S 451,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Narender Khanna S/O Shri Mohan Lal R/O Plot No. 405 Industrial Area Bilaspur Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stating therein that when he was present near his house then some persons abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

 

  1. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 Mv Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Pritam Singh S/O Shri Rattan Lal R/O Nauni PO Kothipura Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was on the way and reached near Padgal then a car driver hit his motor cycle and he fell on the road. The case is being investigated by HC Nikka Ram.
