Crime report on 19-12-2018

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 19-12-2018:-

PS Barmana:-

  1. A Case U/S 376 IPC & SEC. 4,6 of POCSO Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of one girl  R/O Vill-Kot,PO-Rani Kotla, Tehsil Sadar, Distt.Bilaspur(HP) age 16 years alleging there in that on 08-12-2018 when she was present at her home then one person forcibly raped her without her consent. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the statement of Sanjay Kumar S/O Shri Duni Chand R/O Gujrehra PO Ghandhir  Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, beaten up and abused him. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the statement of Dev Raj S/O Shri Mohinder Singh R/O Kathyun PO Ghandhir Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that when he was on the way then one person obstruct his way, beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

 

PS Sadar:-

 

  1. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Arpan Sant S/O Shri Suresh Chand R/O Bhadwad PO Chandpur Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was on the way and reached near Kothi Bridge then a motor cycle rider hit by unknown vehicle and fell down on the road . The case is being investigated by HC Nikka Ram.
