Crime report on 06-12-2018

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases on 06-12-2018:-

PS Barmana:-

 

  1. A case U/S 20 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of HC Pritam Chand, stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff & SIU staff at Barampukhar near Niharkhan Vasla and on receipt of secret information he recovered 56 gram Chars from the possession of Rakesh Kumar S/O Shri Nand Lal R/O Niharkhanvasla, Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP). Accused has been arrested. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

A case U/S 435,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Gopal Singh S/O Babu Ram R/O Sikroa Tehsil Sadar Distict Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that, when he was present in his vehicle near Sai Brahmana then some persons beaten up, threatened him with dire consequences and also burnt his vehicle. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

A case U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Bishan Dass S/O Lachhman R/O Delag Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was present in his home then he saw that some persons stolen some iron material from crash barrier . Case is being investigated on priority basis.

Women Police Station Bilaspur:-

  1. A case U/S 342,452147,149,355,382,506,323 IPC has been registerd on the complaint of one lady R/O Beri Miyan PO Geharwin Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur HP alleging theirin that when she was present at home then some persons came there, wrongful confinement her and her relative, beaten up, insulted her, snatched her golden ornaments and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Bharari:-

  1. A case U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the report of one lady R/O Dadhol Tehsil Ghumarwin Distict Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that, when she was present at home then some persons beaten up, abused and threatened her with dire consequences .Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A Case U/S 279,304 A IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of Mukhtiar Singh S/O Shri Paras Ram R/O Hatwar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was on the way in his vehicle and reached near Snail Bridge then he saw a lady in unconscious condition due to accident near the road then he took the lady in hospital and doctor declared dead to accidental lady. The case is being investigated by HC Jai Kishan.

PS Ghumarwin

  1. A case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Kulwinder Singh S/O Biri Singh R/O Chhat Tehsil Ghumarwin Distict Bilaspur (HP), stating therein that, when he was on the way with his nephew then some persons obstruct their way,beaten up, abused and threatened them with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
