Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS SADAR :-

1. A case U/S 20,29 ND&PS Act in PS Sadar has been registered on the rukka of SI Bhupender Singh. Stated there in that when he was on Traffic checking/patrolling along with near Police Station gate then he checked a motorcycle No. PB09AD-8652 and recovered 15 gram charas from the possession of Akash Singh S/o Manoj Singh R/O Distt. Pilibhit UP and Sidarth Singh of Gajipur Distt. UP, both accused have been arrested . The case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 279,337 IPC in PS Sadar has been registered on the statement of Surender Kumar S/O shri Sewak Ram R/O Distt. Maharajganj UP  alleging therein that on 08/11/2018 when he along with friends Harimakan and Chanderbhan was going to bus stand Bilaspur in his Alto car no. HP24D-4081 then at near Aryan Public school A car (no. PB23N-8534) comes from the Gurdwara chowk side and hits his car from the front side. This accident occurs due to the rash & negligent driving of the driver of that car. Case is being investigated by HC Nagender Singh No.10.

PS GHUMARWIN:-

1. A case U/S 341, 323,504,506,34 IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the report of Shri Kamlesh Kumar R/O Jablyana Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur. Alleged there in that on 07/11/2018 Sonu,Naresh & Sunil all from his village , obstruct his way, abused and beaten up him and his wife and threatened with dire consequences . Case is being investigated by SI Mohar Singh.
