Crime report on 15-11-2018

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

 

PS Sadar:-

 

  1. A case U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Mohalla Ram R/O Vill. Alsu P.O. Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP), alleging there in that he parked his truck No. HP-51A-1457 at Bindu truck body builder shop New Sarali Distt-Bilaspur (HP) for repairing and went to home. On 13-11-2018 when he came back at Bindu truck body builder shop New Sarali the truck was not found there. He doubts that any unknown person stolen away his above truck. The value of the truck is Rs. 15,00,000. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 20 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of SI Bhupender Singh, Stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff & Security staff at Bamta chowk Bilaspur  and on receipt of secret information he recovered 353 gram Chars from the possession of Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill-Karot,PO-Dobha,Tehsil-Sadar, District Bilaspur (HP). Accused has been arrested. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Kot Kehloor:-

  1. A case U/S 341,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Kot Kehloor on the complaint of Nand Lal S/O Shri Ram Dutta R/O Lakhnoo Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji District Bilaspur (HP) alleging therein that, when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, and abused him. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 3,7 EC Act and 39 (1)-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Kot Kehloor on the rukka of Inspr./Kuldip Kumar stating there in that on 14-11-2018, he was on patrolling along with staff at Makri and on receipt of secret information, he recovered 12 bottles country liquor, 23 Gas cylinder, 43 liter patrol and 68 liter diesel from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
