Crime report on 7-10-2018

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

 

PS Sadar

 

  1.A case U/S 341,353,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint in connection with PCG No. 995 of Neeraj Vsu S/O Sh. Vashu Dev R/O Behna Jattan Tehsil Jhandutta Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that  when he was going to his duty in Bilaspur court(HP).Then one person came there and obstruct his way, abused  and threatened him with dire consequences.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.

  1. A case U/S 341, 504,506, IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of Tejaswi Sharma S/O Sh.Bhagwan Dass R/O VPO-Kandrour Tehsil Sadar.Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way in Bilaspur court(HP).Then one person came there and obstruct his way, abused  and threatened him with dire consequences.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Rajesh Mishra R/O Roura Sector No.2 Distt. Bilaspur (HP).Who is the advocate in Bilaspur court (HP) alleging there in that on 06-09-2018 in the morning he found that some unknown person stolen away his Bag,Table, Chair from Bilaspur Court (HP). Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Jhandutta.

  1. A case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the report of Suker Pal S/O Bansi Lal R/O HirapurPO Auhar Tehsil Jhandutta Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way at Auhar  then some persons came there and obstruct his way, beaten up, abused  and threatened him with dire consequences.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.

 

  1. A case U/S 3 PDP Act & 504 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the rukka of INSP. Ram Dass. Stated there in that on 06-10-18 when he was on patrolling along with staff at Samoh, then he found that one unknown person wrote on the wall of Rain shelter of Samoh “ GALI GALI ME SHOR HAI  MERA PM CHOR HAI”.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.

 

PS Ghumarwin.

1.A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the rukka of SI  Mohar Singh. Stated  there in that on 06-10-18 when he was on patrolling in Kuthera Bazaar along with staff, he found that a person was selling vegetables in Rehadi on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

2.A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the rukka of ASI  Rakesh Kumar. Stated  there in that on 06-10-18 when he was on patrolling in Kuthera Bazaar along with staff, he found that a person was selling vegetables in Rehadi on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

 

PS Kot-Kehloor.

 

1.A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act in PS Kot-Kehloor has been registered on the rukka of INSP. Kuldeep Kumar. Stated there in that on 06-10-18, he was on patrolling along with staff at Majari, and on receipt of secret information he recovered 12 Litter Illicit Liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.

PS Talai

  1. A case U/S 323,504,506, IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the report of Hansh Raj S/O Lt. Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Bhagatpur PO Talai Tehsil Jhandutta Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when he was working in his field  then his son came there and started  beaten up him, abused  and threatened him with dire consequences.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.
