Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS Ghumarwin:-

1. A case U/S 452, 376 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of one lady R/O Morsinghi Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that, when she was present in her house, then one person entered in her house, and forcibly raped her without her consent. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of one lady R/O Tiyun Khas PO Kothi Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when she was on the way then one lady obstruct his way, beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Barmana:-

1. A case U/S 452, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the report of Mohd. Faijan S/O Mohd. Shamsher R/O Behat Tehsil Behat Distt. Saharanpur (UP) who is contractor at Jukhala stating there in that when he was present at Jukhala in rented house then some persons entered in his room, beaten upand threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

2. A case U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the report of Vijay Kumar S/O Shri Joginder Singh R/O Kudi PO Binoula Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way and beaten up him . Case is being investigated on priority basis.
