Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Talai:-
1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of HC Jai Kishan No. 22. Stated there in that on 16-06-2018, when he was on patrolling near Piungali, he found that a person put concrete/sand in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
2. A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the statement of Paramveer Singh S/O Sh. Sardar Balwinder Singh R/O H.No. 554-B Tilak Nagar Jalandhar Distt. Jalandhar Punjab stated therein that on 16-06-2018 when he and his relatives was on the way and reached near Dok Mod then driver of unknown truck hit his bike, due to which he got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of Karam Chand S/O Sh. Shikru Ram R/O Vill. & PO Naswal Tehsil Ghumarin district Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that on 16-06-2018 when he was present at Naswal in the Roop Lal house then Chote Lal obstruct his way, beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Barmana:-
1. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Karam Chand R/O Vill. Karot PO Dobha Tehsil Sadar Distt.Bilaspur (HP), stating there in that he is a peon in Diet Jukhala, on 16-06-2018 at about 4:30 PM, he take a lift in Alto Car No. HP33(T)-9426 from Karot to Jukhala, a driver of Alto car driving a car in a rash and negligent nature when a car reached near Jabbal then alto car was rolled down from the road into a Nala.Due to which he got injuries Investigation is going on.
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 279,336 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Sarwan Kumar R/O Vill. Tikri PO Jakatkhana Tehsil Sri Naina Devi Ji District Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that on 16-06-2018 at about 1:30 AM, when he was on the way and reached near Jamli then a truck No. HP62A-2706 came from Chharol side in a rash and Nagligent nature and hit his Truck No. HP11-5363. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
