Crime report on 16-05-2018

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS  Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 20 -61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of ASI Lekh Ram along with staff during patrolling near Jukhala then they recovered 50 gram chars frm the possession of Manoj Kumar S/O Shri Govind Ram R/O Village Barog PO Deoli Tehsil Sadar district Bilaspur (HP). Accused has been arrested. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Swarghat:-

  1. A case U/S 447,427,34 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the statement of  one lady  R/O Sareil PO Jagathana Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when he was present in his land then some persons broken his wall and  tin shed. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Kot Kehloor:-

  1. A case U/S 323,324,325,34 IPC has been registered in PS Kot Kehoor on the statement of Shashi Pal S/O Shri Mohinder Pal R/O Gwalthai Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when he was present at Samtehan then some persons beaten up him and he got grievous injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Bharari:-

  1. A case U/S 354,323,509 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of one lady R/O Chalalru PO Lehri Sareil Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when she was on the way thenone person beaten up , molest her modesty and insulted her. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 452,323 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of Shunka Ram S/O Shri Khajana Ram R/O Talwara Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when he was present in his room then one person beaten up him and he got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of SI Mohar Singh stating there in that on 15-05-2018, he was on patrolling along with staff at Karyalag and on receipt of secret information recovered 60 bottles country liquor and 84 bottles of English Wine from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
