Crime report on 14-05-2018

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 498A,306 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Rattan Lal S/O Sh. Durga Ram R/O VPO-Bandla Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that his daughter have been married with Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Sita Ram  R/O Vill. Charanmore,PO-Deoth,Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) 10 years ago. After some time of her marriage her husband  harassing and beaten up her daughter for dowry. Due to that his daughter committ suicide due to harassment of her husband. Accused has been arrested. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 324,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Vinod Kumar S/O Shri Ram Lal R/O Mandi Manwan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when she was on the way then  some beaten up him  and he got grievous injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  3. A case U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Smt.Raj Kumari W/O Sukhdev Sharma R/O Cinema Colony Bilaspur Distt. Bilaspur (HP). alleging there in that, on 13-05-2018 she found that some unknown culprits have stolen away her golden and silver ornaments from her Value of stolen property is about to Rs. 90000/-. The case is being investigated by SI Devi Singh.

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 341,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of one lady R/O Dhabla Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when she was on the way then some persons obstruct and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 451,323, 147,149 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Rajender Sharma S/O Shri Lala Ram  R/O Ghassour PO Jukhala Tehsil Sadar   Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, on 13-05-2018 when he was present at home then  some persons beaten up him and he got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 341,323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Sunil Kumar S/O Shri Amarnath R/O Ashamajari PO Jukhala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, on 13-05-2018 when he was on the way then one person obstruct, abused and beaten up him. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Kot Kehloor

  1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Kot Kehloor on the rukka of SI Sanjay Kumar stating there in that on 13-05-2018, he was on patrolling along with staff at Jhidian and on receipt of secret information recovered 15 liters illicit liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.

PS Jhandutta:-

  1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the rukka of Inspr. Ram Dass stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Gehrwin, and on receipt of secret information recovered 36 Litter country Liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
