Crime report on 02-05-2018

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS Jhandutta:-

  1. A case U/S 451,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the complaint of Vijay kumar S/O Shri Chet Ram R/O Khadai PO Gehrwin Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was present at his shop then some persons beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS  Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 20,29-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the rukka of HC Rajender Kumar along with staff during patrolling at Kasaru then they recovered 5.47 gram Heroin from possession of two persons. Both persons have been arrested. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of one lady R/O Dugli Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, some persons beaten up, abused and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  3. A case U/S 504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Baldev Singh S/O Shri Chaudhari Ram R/O Bheil PO Kuthera Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, some persons abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  4. A case U/S 427,435 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Rattan Lal S/O Shri Ditu Ram R/O Chuwadi PO Ghumarwin Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, some unknown persons burnt his dry grass and car (Maruti Zen) of his son. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Superintendent Jail, Open Air Jail Bilaspur District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, one prisoner of jail abused and cut the ear of warden of jail. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of ASI Lekh Ram stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Gassour and on receipt of secret information he recovered 7.5 litre English Wine from the possession of one person. Case is being investigated by ASI Lekh Ram.
  2. A Case U/S 279, 337,304-A IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Sukh Ram S/O Ramdittu R/O Dhaunkothi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was present alongwith his wife near Barmana then a motor cycle rider hit his wife. After some time doctor declare his wife dead in RH Bilaspur. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
