Bilaspur Police has registered the following cases:-
PS Talai:-
1. A Case U/S 325,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the statement of lady R/O Bhagat pur PO Talai Tehsil Jhandutta Distt.Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when she was on the way then some persons abused, beaten up her and she got grievous injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj.
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A Case U/S 341,323,504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Kuldip Kumar S/O shri Vijay Ram R/O Bohat Kasol PO Talai Tehsil Sadar Distt.Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was on the way then one person abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Rajender Kumar.
2. A Case U/S 354 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of one lady R/O chaleli Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt.Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when she was present at home, then one person came there and molest her modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI Chaman Lal.
PS Sadar:-
1. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Arun Singh S/O Ravinder Singh R/O Kandrour Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when his grandmother was on the way and reached near Kandrour then a motor cycle rider hit his grandmother . Case is being investigated by HC Nikka Ram.
2. A Case U/S 279 IPC and 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Kamaljit Singh S/O Mahender Singh R/O Darlaghat Tehsil Arki District Solan (HP) alleging there in that when his brother was on the way and reached near Kallar then a car driver hit his truck . Case is being investigated by HC Rattan Chand.
PS Bharari:-
1. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Bharari on the rukka of HC Shayam Lal stating there in that he received a telephone call from Gatwar and he reached near Gatwar and found that motor cycle rider hit the bus and motor cycle rolled down on the road. Case is being investigated by HC Shyam Lal.
