Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of SI Bhupinder Singh stating there in that during naka checking along with staff at Bhedli then he recovered 14.75 gram charas from possession of Ibhrahim S/O Shri Sahi Sabar R/O VPO Kohu Uperla Tehsil Nalagarh District Solan (HP) . Accused has been arrested. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 354,452,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of one lady R/O Pehrwin PO Bhager Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) at present stay at Nauni stating there in that, when she was present at rented house Nauni then some persons molest her modesty, beaten up and abused her. Case is being investigated by ASI Raj Kumar.
3. A case U/S 13-03-1967 Gambling Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of SI Bhupinder Singh stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Jamli then some persons are gambling at Jamli and recovered Rs. 700/- from the possession of some persons. Investigation of the case is going on.
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 376,506 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of one girl R/O Berthin Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that, her brother in law took her forcibly, raped with her and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Talai:-
1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of HC Sanjeev Kumar stating there in that when he was on patrolling near Majher then he found that person put sand in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
PS Barmana:-
1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of HC Ram Pal stating there in that when he was on patrolling near Bharampukhar then he found that truck No. HP64-2541 parked on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
PS Swarghat:-
1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the rukka of HC Narender Kumar stating there in that when he was on patrolling near Swarghat then he found that truck No. HP64-5497 parked on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
PS Kot-Kehloor
1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Kot-Kehloor on the rukka of Inspr./SHO Yog Raj stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Dabat, and on receipt of secret information recovered 800 liter illicit liquor from the possession of one person. Case is being investigated by Inspr./SHO Yog Raj.
PS Jhandutta:-
1. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the statement of Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Krishnu Ram R/O VPO Samoh Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that on 31-01-2018 when he was present at Samoh Bazzar then a Jeep driver came from opposite side with rash and negligent manner and hit one person. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
