Crime report on 23-02-2018

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 363,366A IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of Shri Nikku Ram S/O Shri Shinu Ram R/O Delag Chalma PO Nichli Bhater Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that on 21-02-2018 his daughter in law age 17 years went to school but she did not come back to home so far. He doubts that any unknown person abducted his daughter in law. Sincere efforts are being made by the police. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Virender Kumar S/O Shri Tara Chand R/O Karyalag PO Badhaghat Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, on 22-02-2018 when he was on the way and reached near Barmana then some persons obstruct his way, beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the statement of Sukhdev S/O Shri Lakhu Ram R/O Seu PO Talai Tehsil Jhandutdta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, on 22-02-2018 when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar.

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 379,511 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Sanjeev Kumar S/O Shri Jagdish Kumar R/O Kularu PO Takrera Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) who is peon in Airtel GTS Tower stating there in that on 22-02-2018 when he was present near Airtel GTS Tower then one person try to attempt the theft of GTS tower items. Case is being investigated by HC Baldev Raj.

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 379 IPC & 21(A) Mining Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of ASI Raj Kumar stating there in that when he was on patrolling and received secret information, some persons were digging soil from Govt. land and loading the stone in truck.    Case is being investigated by ASI Raj Kumar.

PS Jhandutta:-

  1. A Case U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the statement of Manjit Singh S/O Shri Sant Ram R/O Gaonwala PO Dahad Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that on 18-02-2018 when he was on the way and reached near Baroha then a truck driver hit his car.  Case is being investigated by SI Lekh Raj.
