Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Women Police Station Bilaspur:-
1. A case U/S 363,366 A,376 IPC & Sec 4 of Pocso Act 2012 PS has been registered in Women Police Station Bilaspur on the complaint of one girl R/O Raghunathpura, Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) age 17 years alleging there in that, one person took her forcibly, raped without her consent. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 452,436,504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of one lady R/O Panyala PO Kothi Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that, on 11-02-2018 she doubt that one person burnt her house, abused and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Jhandutta:-
1. A case U/S Essential Commodities Act, 1955(X of 1955) PS Jhandutta IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the rukka of SI Lekh Raj stating there in that, on 11-02-2018 on receipt of secret information he found that person was selling diesel near the house. He went to spot and recovered 400 litre diesel from one person. Case is being investigated by SI Lekh Raj.
PS Kot:-
1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Kot on the rukka of Inspr./SHO Yog Raj stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Jhida and on receipt of secret information he recovered 5 litre illicit liquor from the possession of one person. Case is being investigated by SI/Yog Raj

PS Sadar:-

1. A Case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of one lady R/O Danoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that on 11-02-2018 when she was on the way and reached near Dhamna then a motor cycle rider hit her and she got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
