Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Jhandutta:-
1. A case U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Jhandutta on the statement of Desh Raj S/O Dhani Ram R/O Behran PO Jhandutta Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when he was on the way then some persons obstruct his way, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Himmat Singh.
PS Talai:-
1. A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the statement of one lady R/O Bharoli Kalan Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when she was on the way then some persons obstruct her way, beaten up and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar.
2. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of ASI Jagdish Kumar stating there in that when he was on patrolling along with staff at Jejwin, and on receipt of secret information recovered 18000 ml country liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
PS Barmana :-
1. A case U/S 279,337 304A,201 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Narsinha S/O Shri Dilip Rao R/O Renuka Nagar PO Amba Jagain Road Lato Maharastra stating there in that when he was on the way in Tempo Traveller alongwith his family and reached near Barmana then a driver of Inova car hit his vehicle and due to accident her wife died in Barmana Hospital. Case is being investigated by HC Narender Kumar.
