Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Ghumarwin
1.A Case U/S 376,511, IPC & 6 POCSO Act 2012. P.S.Ghumarwin has been registered on the complaint of one lady alleged there in that on 01-12-17 that her daughter is forcibly raped by one person and also threatened her. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2.A Case U/S 451,147,504,506. P.S.Ghumarwin has been registered on the complaint of one lady, Distt-Bilaspur(HP). Alleged there in that on 21-12-17 that when she was present in her home then some girls came in her home and started abused her, beaten her and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Sadar
1. A Case U/S 279,337, IPC in PS Sadar has been registered on the statement of Deepak Kasphyp S/O Sh.Madhunadan R/O H.No.20/10 Bhagwan Muhala Distt.Mandi (HP). Alleged there in that on 21-12-2017 when he was driving his car no. HP-33B-5938 wih his uncle and reach near kalar Bilaspur then a truck No.HP-68-0502 came from Swarghat side with rash and negligent manner and hit his car due to this his uncle got injuries . Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A Case U/S 279,337, IPC in PS Sadar has been registered on the statement of Paras Ram S/O Sh.Lalit Kumar R/O Vill-Dadiyana Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Alleged therein that on 21-12-2017 when he was driving his car No. HR-99XG-9955 with his friend and reach near Bilaspur then a truck No.HP-24B-0260 came from Bilaspur side with rash and negligent manner and hit his car due to this he and his friend got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
