Bilaspur Police has registered the following cases:-

PS Sadar:-

1. A case U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Jagdish Singh R/O Vill. Bhater Uparli PO Barmana Tehsil Sadar Bilaspur Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that on 02-12-2017, when he reached near Ghagus then A Scooty No. HP-24C-3582 came from Barmana side in a rash and negligence nature and the rider of Scooty hit his car No. HP-24B-2876 and Scooty rider got injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal.

PS Ghumarwin:-

1. A Case FIR U/S 376,506 IPC PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the report of one girl Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that on before one year Sunil Rana S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Kachyut PO Chat Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur was my face book friend after that we were start chatting on whats app and voice call too, he proposed me for marriage when Sunil Rana arrived India from Kuwait we meet at Bittu Guest house Ghumarwin and he forcibly raped her without her consent. After that I found that he is already married. Sunil Rana also threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
2. A case U/S 341, 323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of Jaswant Singh S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O VPO Kothi Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way Massour Mod than Kala & his brother and father obstruct his way, abused and beaten up him.  Investigation is going on.
