Crime report on 02-12-2017

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the rukka of HC Ramesh Kumar stating there in that when he was on patrolling near Bhated, he found that a person put sand in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

PS Kot Kehloor:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Kot-Kehloor on the rukka of ASI Ravinder Kumar stating there in that when he was on patrolling near Bhakra, he found that a person was selling fish on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 153(A) IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the complaint of Mahinder Pal S/O Attaru Ram R/O Malokhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that, one unknown person paste a photocopy of anti caste poster on his shop and create social disturbance. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the report of Ram Chand S/O Sh. Gulabha Ram R/O Nihar Khand Wasla PO Bhrampukhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that, when he was present in his shop then one person beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  3. A case U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Ram Pal S/O Shri Bhagat Ram R/O Jamli Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that on 01-12-17, when he was on the way and reached near Bharampukhar then a scooty rider hit his truck and scooty rider got injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar.

 

PS Ghumarwin:-

 

  1. A case U/S 325,504 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of Dev Raj S/O Shri Munshi Ram R/O Churari PO Hawan Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that, when he was working in his land then one person abused, beaten up him and he got grievous injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

 

PS Bharari:-

  1. A case U/S 279, 427 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of Parkash Chand S/O Shri Thunia Ram R/O BhapralTehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that, when he was present in his shop then a tractor rolled down from the road and broken his water tank , gril and scooty near his shop. Case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh.
