Crime report on 29-11-2017

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 452, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of Mandeep Singh S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Madanpuri PO Basouli Tehsil Sadar District Una (HP) at present stay at rented house Village Behal Kandela Tehsil Sadar district Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that, when he was present at rented house then some persons came there and beaten up him. Case is being investigated by ASI Davinder Singh.
  2. A case U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Babu Ram S/O Shri Nikku RAm R/O Bamta Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was on the way and reached near Bamta Chowk then a vehicle driver hit him and got injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Nikka Ram.

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of HC Suman Kumar stating there in that when he was on patrolling near Chharol Jattan, he found that a person was selling toys on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 341, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of Ranvir Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Naswal Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that, when he was on the way then one person obstruct his way and abused him. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the complaint of Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Jaswant Singh R/O Kallar PO Bharoli Kalan Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that, when Surjit Singh was on the way then some persons beaten up and threatened Surjit Singh with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the report of one lady R/O Gochar PO Daslehra Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that, one person use vulgar language on her mobile number and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
