Bilaspur Police has registered following cases on 5-10-17
PS Sadar.
1.A Case U/S 376,506 IPC PS Sadar has been registered on the complaint of one lady Distt Bilaspur alleging there in that on 2-10-17 when she was present in her room then one person came there and forcibly raped her and threatened her with dire consequences, sincerer efforts are being made by the police.Case is being investigated on priority basis.

2.A Case U/S 341,324,34 IPC PS Sadar has been registered on the complaint of Anil Sharma S/O Sh. Ram Krishan Sharma Vill-Mukdana,Tehsil-Jhandutta,Distt-Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that on 3-10-17 when he was on way then some persons came there obstruct his way and beaten up him due to which he got Injuries .Case is being investigated on priority basis.
3.A Case U/S 354 IPC PS Sadar has been registered on the complaint of one lady Distt-Bilaspur alleging there in that on 3-10-17 when she was present in her home, then one person came there and molest her modesty.Case is being investigated on priority basis.
4.A Case U/S 279 IPC PS Sadar has been registered on the complaint of Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh Prem Chand ,Vill-Kandvadi,Tehsil-palampur,Distt Kangra(HP) alleging there in that on 4-10-17 when he was driving his Truck no.HP37B-5105 and reach near sungal then a car no. HP33D -8934 came from bilaspur side and hit his truck.Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Ghumarwin
1. A case U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Suresh Dhiman S/O Prem Lal Vill-Kaloh,Po-Naswal,Distt-Bilaspur, alleging there in that some unknown person broke the lock of his shop and stolen away some items from his shop the value of stolen items is Rs 3000. Case is being investigating on priority basis.
