Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-

PS Swarghat:-

1. Case U/S 354A, 341,323,506 IPC & 3(1) W SC/ST Act 1989(No. 1 of 2016, Amendment) P.S.Swarghat has been registered on the complaint of one girl alleged there in that 09-09-2017 when she was on the way near her house than Mohinder Singh S/O Sh. Sant Ram, obstructed her, abused, molested, threatened her with dire consequences & called her by Caste .The case is being investigated on priority basis.

2. A Case U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the complaint of Sh. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Jyor PO Jakatkhana Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that on 04-09-2017 his driver Rajesh Kumar informed him telephonically that Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Vill. Dari Bari PO Matla Tehsil Jhndutta Distt. Bilaspur has broken the lock of his Truck No. HP-24C-9577 and stolen away currency of Rs. 31,000/- from the truck. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Talai:-

1. A case U/S 341, 323, 504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the report of Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Garja Ram R/O Vill. Bharoli Khurd PO Bharoli Kalan Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilapsur (HP).  Stated there in that when present his fields then Sanju,Bindu,Pawan,Anita,Anju obstruct his way, abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.

2. A case U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the report of Shyam Lal @ Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Vill. Bagdu PO Bharoli Kalan Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilapsur (HP).  Stated there in that when he was on the way near Bharoli Khurd then Rakesh,Ram Pal, Madan obstruct his way, abused & beaten up him.  Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Kot-Kehloor:-

1.  A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Kot-Kehloor on the rukka of ASI Sudarsan Singh. Stated there in that when, he was on patrolling along with staff at Jandor Bridge and on receipt of secret information recovered 10 Ltr.  Illicit liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.

PS Bharari:-

1.  A case U/S 341,447,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the Complaint of  One Lady Stated there in that when she was on the way near his fields then some persons obstruct,beaten up, abused and threatened her with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated on priority basis.
