Crime report on 17-08-2017

Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-

PS Ghumarwin

  1. A Case U/S 353,332 IPC & Section 3 SC & ST Act PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the statement of Chet Ram S/O Sh. Nanak Ram R/O Vill. Sungal PO Binola Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP), alleging there in that on 16-08-2017 when he was present in his office then some persons came there and Statred beaten up him after closing the door and also torn up the official doucments and torture him by caste. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar

  1. A case U/S 354A,354B,147,149,323,506 IPC in PS Sadar has been registered on the statement of one lady. Alleged there in that on 16-8-17, when she was on the way , than one person molest her modesty,forcibly torn her clothes , beatan up , and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the report of Roshan Lal S/O Sh.Banshi Ram R/O Vill.Kothi PO Behna Jatta Tehsil Jhandutta Distt.Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when he and his wife on the way then some persons obstruct his way, beaten up, and threatened him his wife with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Barmana

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Barmana has been registered on the rukka of HC Hem Raj. Stated there in that on 16/08/17 when he along with staff was on patrolling near Ghagus, He found that a person was selling toys in Rehadi on road NH-21 in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  2. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Barmana has been registered on the rukka of HC Hem Raj. Stated there in that on 16/08/17 when he along with staff was on patrolling near Ghagus, He found that a person was selling iron items in Rehadi on road NH-21 in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
