Crime report on 05-08-2017

Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of Suresh Kumar S/O Kalu Ram R/O Tikker PO Kothi Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that when he was present at home then one person beaten up, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. Investigation is going on.

 

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Nikku Ram S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Bhatoli PO Jukhala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) stated there in that on 04-08-2017 he was present at Bhatoli then a Pick up HP55A-1076 came from Ghagus side in a rash and negligent nature and hit a girl. Due to which girl got injuries. Investigation is going on.

 

  1. A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Raj R/O Samana PO Parnu Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan (HP) stating there in that on 04-08-2017 he was present at Malothi then a Truck No. HP64-3229 came from Ghagus side in a rash and negligent nature and hit a motor cycle rider. Due to which motor cycle rider got injuries. Investigation is going on.

 

PS Swarghat:-

  1. A case U/S 11(D) Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of HC Ram Pal. Alleged there in that when he was on patrolling near Swarghat then a truck No. HP69-4672 was fully loaded with domestic animal in cruelty condition. Case is being investigated by HC Ram Pal.
