Crime report on 03-08-2017

Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 376,506,420 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of one lady R/O VPO-Kothi, Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) alleging there in that one person took her forcibly, raped without her consent and threatened her with dire consequences.The case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the statement of Rishav Kumar S/O Shri Pawan Kumar R/O Bani Badran PO Bhapral Tehsil Ghumarwin Distrct Blaspur (HP) stating there in that when he was on the way and reached near Naswal then a car driver hit his motor cycle and he got injuries. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 382, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of one lady  R/O Vill-Gamrada,PO-Soldha,Tehsil-Sadar,Distt-Bilaspur (HP) on 02-08-17, he was going to Kharsi with her sister, then two person came in bike no.HP 24D-3032  & snatched her mobile phone. The case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Talai:-

  1. A case U/S 504, 506, 509 IPC has been registered in PS Talai on the statement of one lady R/O Makri PO Jejwin Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when she was present at home then one person molest her modesty, abused and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Rajesh Kumar.

PS Kot Kehloor:-

  1. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Kot Kehloor on the rukka of HC Rakesh Chand. Stated there in that when he along with staff was on patrolling near Toba then he found that a person was selling some items on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  2. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Kot Kehloor on the rukka of HC Pawan Kumar. Stated there in that when he along with staff was on patrolling near Toba then he found that a person was selling some items on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  3. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Kot Kehloor on the rukka of HC Pawan Kumar. Stated there in that when he along with staff was on patrolling near Toba then he found that a person was selling some toys on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  4. A case U/S 39(1) A/33-11HP Ex Act 2011 has been registered in PS Kot Kehloor on the rukka of Inspr./SHO Ram Dass. Stated there in that when, he was on patrolling along with staff at Jhira and on receipt of secret information recovered 10 liter illicit liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
