Crime report on 18-05-2017

Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 20-61-85 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the rukka of HC Piare Lal, SIU during patrolling/checking along with staff at Ghumarwin, then a motorcycle No. HP23B-6074  came from Ghumarwin side he recovered 6 gram Chars  from the possession of Kulvinder Dhiman S/O Shri Rattan Lal  R/O Bari Majherwan, Tehsil-Ghumarwin Distt-Bilaspur (HP). Accused has been arrested. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar:-

  1. A case U/S 341,323,504,506,336 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of one lady R/O Muhai PO Kallar Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stating there in that she was on the way and reached near Jabli then some persons abused, beaten up and threatened her with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by HC Narender Singh.
  3. A case U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Shri Mohan Singh S/O Shri Sita Ram R/O Durgapur PO Badlag Tehsil Kasauli District Solan (HP) who is truck driver stating there in that when he was present at Manrot then a car No. HP24A-4911 hit one person. Case is being investigated by HC Narender Kumar.

PS Kot Kehloor:-

 

  1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Kot Kehloor on the rukka of ASI Harish Chander. Stated there in that when, he was on patrolling along with staff near Dabat, he recovered 10 liters illicit liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
  2. PS Bharari:-
  1. A case U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the statement of Shri Jai Singh S/O Shri Netar Singh R/O Punahan PO Beri Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) who is truck driver stating there in that when he was on the way and reached near Dadhol then a bus No. HP69A-0985 hit his truck and passengers got injuries. Case is being investigated by ASI Duni Chand.
