Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Kot-Kehloor-
- A case U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered PS Kot-Kehloor on the complaint of Ranjeet Singh S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Vill. Lakhala PO Baihal Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji Distt. Bilaspur HP alleging there in that on the intervening night 23-04-2017 some unknown culprits have broken the window of his house & stolen away golden, silver ornaments ,and currency of Rs. 5000/-, Value of stolen property is about to Rs. 33 ,000/-. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Ghumarwin-
- A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the complaint of Tulsi Ram S/O Late Sh. Pohlo Ram R/O Vill. Satahli PO Balh Churani Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when he was on the way near Kutla then Ram Lal obstructed his way beatan up, abused and threatended him with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated on priorty basis.
PS Swarghat-
- A case U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the complaint of Chaman Lal S/O Gopal Dass R/O Vill. Bharoli Khurd PO Bharoli Kalam Tehsil Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that when he was present near his house then Pradeep Kumar and Nand Lal obstructed his way beatan up, abused and threatended him with dire consequenses. Case is being investigated on priorty basis.
2. A case U/S 447,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Swarghat on the complaint of Nand Lal Dhiman S/O Sh. Durga Ram R/O Vill. Dharbhartha (Surla) Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji district Bilapsur (HP) stating there in that on 23-04-2017 when he was present in his land then one JCB Machine destroyed the plant in his land when he tried to stop them then Driver of JCB abused & beaten up him. Case is being investigated on priority basis
