Crime Report on 5-3-2017

Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-

PS Barmana:-

  1. A Case U/S 20 NDPS Act PS Barmana has been registered on the Rukka of Hc Sanjeev Kumar during patrolling along with staff at Mohal Nalla Ranikotla ,he has recovered 65 Grams Chars from the possession of one person. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  2. A Case U/S 279,304A & 187 MV Act IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the report of one person on dtd 04-03-17 A truck hit one motor cycle no. HP24A 5927 and motor cycle fell down into Nala/Khad one person died on spot. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
  3. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of HC Sanjeev Pundeer. Stated there in that on 4-03-2017, when he was on patrolling near Laghat, he found that a jeep No. HP24A-8033 was parked on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
  4. A case U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the rukka of HC Hem Raj. Stated there in that on 4-3-17, when he was on patrolling near Barmana, he found that a person put sand in large scale on the road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.

PS Ghumarwin

  1. A Case U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of one person on dtd 04-03-17.when he and his brother were on the way towards Bhager then their motorcycle fell down into deep Nala/Khad his brother died on spot. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Sadar

1.A Case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of one person, stating there in that a motor cycle No.HP24C-3368 was skid and causes injuries rolled down from the road near Chandpur bridge. Investigation is going on.

PS Bharari

  1. A case U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of one lady. Alleged there in that when She was on the way than her son Rakesh obstructed her way and beaten up, abused and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
