Crime report on 29-03-2017

Bilaspur Police has been registered the following cases:-

PS Sadar:-

  1. A Case U/S 379 IPC & 41,42 IF Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the statement of Nisith Kumar Forest Range Officer Sadar, Bilaspur. Stated there in that on 14-03-2017, some local residents of Kothipura,Nova and Rajpura are involved in the theft of khair trees of farm house and forarea of kothipura. Case is being investigated by SI Meena Thakur.

PS Bharari:-

  1. A case U/S 325 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the report of one Lady R/O Ropari PO Dangar Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP).Stated there in that when she was present at home then one lady beaten up her and she got grievous injuries. Case is being investigated by Ajmer Singh.

PS Ghumarwin:-

  1. A case U/S 447,355,504 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of one Lady R/O Amarpur Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur (HP).Stated there in that when she was present at home then one person abused, beaten up and insulted her. Case is being investigated by SI Shyam Prasad.

PS Swarghat:-

  1. A case U/S 11(D) Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act has been registered in PS Swargaht on the rukka of SI/SHO Swarghat. Alleged there in that when he was on patrolling near Swarghat then a tempo No. HP28-2757 was fully loaded with domestic animal in cruelty condition. Case is being investigated on priority basis.

PS Barmana:-

  1. A case U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the statement of Hari Singh S/O Shri Kanshi Ram R/O Baloh PO Dhon kothi Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) stated there in that on 28-03-17 when he was on the way in his car and reached near Panjgain then a truck hit his car. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
