Bilaspur police has registered the following cases:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the statement of Brahma Nand S/O Sh. Chnadu Ram Sharma R/O Badsaura Distt Bilaspur (HP), stating there in that on dated 17-12-15at about 5:15PM while he was on the way then a motorcycle came from bandhla side and hit him due to which he got injuries in this accident. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Bharari
1.A case U/S 506,504,509 IPC has been registered in PS Bharari on the complaint of one lady alleging there in that on dated when she was on the way,then one person came abused her and threatened her family with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Ghumarwin
1.A case U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Ghumarwin on the report of Kuldeep Sharma S/O Sh. Shaon Lal R/O Vill-Mohrda,Tehsil Ghumarwin district Bilapsur (HP). Stated there in that when he was on the way then some persons obstructed his way, abused, beaten up and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
2.A case U/S 451,323, 34, IPC in PS Ghumarwin has been registered on the complaint of Nikka Ram S/O Sh Jager Nath village Soyi PO-Ghumarwin,Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP). Alleged there in that on 17-12-16, when he was alone at home then one person along with his wife came there and abused, beaten up him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS KOT-Kehloor
1. A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Kot has been registered on the rukka of ASI Sudarshan Kumar. Stated there in that on 17/12/15 when he along with staff was on patrolling near Bhakra Bazar.He found that a person was selling fish fry in Rehadi on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
PS-Talai
1 A case U/S 283 IPC in PS Talai has been registered on the rukka of HC Rajesh
Kumar. Stated there in that on 17/12/15 when he along with staff was on patrolling near Talai He found that a person was selling snacks (namkeen) in Rehadi on road in such a way that obstructed the general public as well as traffic.
