Bilaspur police has registered the following case:-
PS Sadar:-
1. A case U/S 20,29 ND & PS Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the rukka of SI Bhupender singh during patrolling/Checking along with staff near vattneary chowk Bilaspur. Then a vehicle No. HP24C-2282 came from Bilaspur side. During the checking of vehicle he recovered 40 gram charas from the possession of Samir Mohamad R/O Bilaspur and Mohamad Sajid Ansari R/O Ringipura (J&K). Both Accused have been arrested. Case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Barmana:-
1. A case U/S 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Barmana on the report of one lady R/O Beri Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP). Stated there in that when she was present at home then some persons abused and beaten up her. Case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev Singh.
PS Ghumarwin:-
1. A case U/S 420, 468, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in PS Ghuamrwin on the complaint of Dr. Manish Sharma Second floor Mohindera Apartments Navbahar, Shimla (HP) alleging there in that Smt. Geeta Sharma presently serving as Junior Assistant Primary Health Centre Mashobra District Shimla (HP) submitted the fake 12th class certificate and mark sheet to BMO Mashobra without her ever having appeared in said class. The case is being investigated on priority basis.
PS Kot- Kehloor:-
1. A case U/S 39-33-11 HP Ex Act has been registered in PS Kot on the rukka of ASI Rajesh Prashar Singh. Stated there in that when, he was on patrolling along with staff at Majari and on receipt of secret information recovered 35 liter illicit liquor from the possession of one person. Investigation of the case is going on.
